Terms of Service

Last updated: June 18, 2026

The ground rules for using Pulla. Plain English: it's a hobby project for friendly trash talk, use it responsibly and don't expect enterprise guarantees.

1. What is Pulla

Pulla ("the Service") is a Discord bot that watches the League of Legends games of the players each server chooses to follow and publishes a daily recap of their results, along with several slash commands for on-demand queries. It is a free personal project with no commercial intent.

2. Acceptance

By adding Pulla to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please stop using the Service and remove the bot from your server.

3. Who can use it

  • You must meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your country.
  • To add the bot to a server or set its channel with /setchannel you need the corresponding admin permissions in that Discord server.
  • Any Discord server admin can add Pulla freely. A new server starts in a pending state: it is configurable but inert — you can set the channel (/setchannel), language (/setlanguage), and Roster (/follow) immediately, but game data collection and the Daily Summary do not start until the Guild is manually approved by the system administrator. Read commands (/today, /stats, etc.) also remain unavailable until then.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Pulla to harass, humiliate, or attack individuals. Pulla's trash talk is always directed at in-game performance, never at the person; keep that spirit in your server.
  • Track players with intent to harass them or without the group's implicit consent.
  • Attempt to abuse, overload, circumvent, or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass its rate limits or approval system.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of Discord's or Riot Games' terms.

5. Third-party data (Riot Games and Discord)

Pulla fetches game data via the official Riot Games API and operates within Discord. By using the Service you also agree to the terms of those platforms:

  • Riot Games Developer Policies and the League of Legends Terms of Service.
  • Discord Terms of Service.

Game data shown by Pulla is provided as reported by Riot; the Service does not guarantee that the Riot API will always be available or that its data will be accurate or complete.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." It may experience outages, errors, or delays (for example, if the Riot or Discord APIs are down, or during maintenance). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Pulla, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. We may also update these Terms; the current version is always the one published on this page, with its "Last updated" date.

7. No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Pulla is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the author of Pulla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, disputes within your server, or any friction arising from friendly trash talk. This is a tool for laughing with friends: what happens in your group is your group's business.

9. Trademarks and affiliation

Pulla is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games or Discord. League of Legends and Riot Games are registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Discord is a registered trademark of Discord Inc. Pulla was not created by Riot Games and does not reflect the views of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in League of Legends.

10. Termination

You can stop using Pulla at any time: kick the bot from your Discord server. To exercise your data rights, see the Privacy Policy.
